Location of vineyards: 
  • Calvagese della Riviera, Gavardo and the Belvedere and Castrezzone districts; low hilly region (260m.), cultivated in respect of the ecosystem.
  • Growing method:spurred string.
Produced from following grapes:
  • Riesling Renano, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero, grapes harvested by hand in boxes.
Manufacturing:
  • Method of re-fermantation in pressurised vats: basic wine refined at controlled temperature in stainless steel containers: ageing process on yeasts for at least 9 months.
Organoleptic Test:
  • Colour: Straw yellow with green reflections, brilliant, fine and persistent perlage;
  • Perfume: fresh with a delicate bouquet of yeasts and fruit;
  • Taste: dry and pleasant, with a slight bitter hint, vigorous;
  • Alcohol content: 11,5% vol;
  • Sugar Content: 5,9/6,2 gr/l.
Ideal with:
  • Accompanies: all hors d’oeuvres, vegetable soup, egg pasta dishes with light sauces, steamed, grilled fish and fish with sauce, processed meats and mountain cheeses.
  • Serving temperature: 8°C.
  • Serving method: best served in a bucket of water and ice.
