Natural refermentation in the bottle, matured with yeasts for at least 24 months: manual mixing on “pupitres”, 3 months refinement, after spill out, bottled and in cardboard box packaging before sale.

Colour: Brilliant green with golden reflections, fine perlage and persistent sparkling, rich foam, soft and silky;

Perfume: fresh with delicate scents of fruit, brioche bread and vanilla;
