The Vinegars

The balsamic vinegar obtained from the acidification of Classic Garda grape must (from the Brescia coast of the lake) concentrated over a slow flame and aged in small cherry and mulberry casks, delicately aromatic woods that give a characteristic flavor and unmistakable fragrance for dressing vegetables, especially when steamed.
