Location of vineyards:
in Calvagese Riviera; middle hill (260 m. on sea level), ecological-environmental safe cultivation systems. Growing method: small arch and palm shaping.
Produced from following grapes:
Groppello (50%), Marzemino (20%), Sangiovese (15%), Barbera (5%).
Manufacturing:
Manual harvest of the grapes, on appropriate wine-carts. Wine is kept for 30/40 days to ferment in stainless steel tanks, under controlled temperature. Its aging takes at least other 6 months, in big oak barrels. It is the good daily wine!
Organoleptic Test:
- Colour: ruby-red with purple reflections;
- Perfume: gentle underwood scents;
- Taste: soft, with a delicate bitter vein.
Gastronomy:
- it matches with vegetable soups, poultry and rabbit roasts, boiled meat and middle
matured cheese.
- Serve best at 20°C.

Bottles produced each year : No. 25.000.

Sold in either 6 or 12 bottle box packaging.
