Location of the vineyards:
Calvagese della Riviera e Muscoline Growing method: spurred string Grapes from which it is obtained: Riesling Renano (95%), Sauvignon (5%), Incrocio Manzoni (5%) Production process: Grapes are harvested at the end of August. The musts are kept under controlled temperature to ferment for a long time. After that, the wine ripens in stainless steel vats. A small quantity of Sauvignon blanc obtained from late harvested grapes is added just before bottling. The bouquet is exceptional! Organoleptic test: - Emerald green colour with straw reflections. - Intense, almost aromatic bouquet. Gastronomy: - Also an excellent aperitif, it accompanies salami, speck, egg pasta, risotti, steamed fish, vegetables pies and omelets - Serve cold, at a temperature of 9-10. Annual production: 25.000 bottles.
