Produced from following grapes and processing: |

Groppello (50%), Marzemino (20%), Sangiovese (20%), Barbera (10%).

Red grapes undergo the white process after maceration (not more than 24 hours);
the musts are in fact lengthily fermented in steel vats at controlled temperatures.
The wine is bottled 5 months after the harvest in white glass bottles to further appreciate its characteristic cherry colour.

Aroma: intense fruity bouquet, with a hint of rose and violet;

Taste: dry with a delicately salty nature, fresch with a characteristic tang;

Accompanies; local croutons, vegetables pasta, fried vegetables and fried fish, omelettes, farmyard poultry, grilled fish, fruit flans;

Serving temperature: uncork the bottle just before serving and place it in a bucket with ice and water;

Number of bottles produced annually: 40.000 of which approx. 15.000 as Spring wine.

There is also a special sparkling version, very suitable for summer: an excellent aperitif wine!
