Garda Classico Rosso
Location of  vineyards:
  • In Calvagese Riviera; middle hill (260 m. on sea level), ecological-environmental safe cultivation systems. Growing method: small arch and palm shaping
Produced from following grapes and processing: 
  • Groppello (50%), Marzemino (20%), Sangiovese (15%), Barbera (5%).
  • The harvest is done manually. The wine is kept for 30/40 days to ferment in stainless steel tanks, under controlled temperature. Aged over 6 months, in big oak barrels. It is the good daily wine!
Organoleptic Test:
  • Colour: ruby-red with purple reflections;
  • Aroma: gentle underwood scents;
  • Taste: soft, with a delicate bitter vein.
Ideal with:
  • Serve best at 20°C.
  •  It matches with vegetable soups, poultry and rabbit roasts, boiled meat and middle matured cheese.
