Rhein-Riesling (90%), Incrocio Manzoni (10%); reaching its complete ripeness the year after the harvest, also because of its good alcohol content and its remarkable body.

The wine is fermented in used acacia barriques for 4 months and finally refined in a mulberry wood barrique for 6 months. On sale, after 3 months from bottling. Bottles should be stored horizontally.

Color: straw-yellow with brilliant green reflections;

Parfume: persistent acacia parfume and honey aftertaste, a strong, decisive wine that envelopes the mouth;

Taste: dry, without asperity, but with a slight tang;

Accompanies: ideal with processed meats and smoked fish, vegetable flans, wellflavoured risottos, ravioli, fish cooked in sauce, as well as soft cheeses and salted omelettes;

Serving temperature: 9-10°C;

Serving method: uncork the bottle just before serving with a brief interval for oxygenation, since this is a dry white, wine with a complex bouquet.
